I am starting with some easy stretching these days. And short walks. You have to start slow and work your way up.
So for today, this short chronic pain stretch.
And since I need leg strength I am going to work on some of these.
I tried five of each. But I am wobbly. Unsteady. and so I doubt very much I am getting them right simply due to that fact right there. So it will take some time and consistency.
When I have these down and my walks get a little longer I will add in some balance exercises. Then it will be time to set up physiotherapy for my drop foot.
